EXPERIENCE: Joann Barton serves as Senior Vice
President of The Investor Group at TheBANK. She has been in the
industry since 1984.

PROFESSIONAL: Joann's credentials include:
Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) from the International
Foundation of Employee Benefit Plan Specialists; Professional
Financial Planner (PFP) from the Cannon Institute; and Trust
Certification from the American Bankers Association.
BELIEFS: Joann believes that The Investor Group
team has an obligation to understand their clients' goals and
objectives and to present an investment plan that meets those
needs.

AWAY FROM THE OFFICE: A lifelong resident of
Edwardsville, Joann and her husband Greg have two children. She
enjoys spending time with her family and participating in various
community events.
ORGANIZATIONS: Joann is a member of the
Edwardsville Rotary Club, Estate planning Council of St. Louis,
Employee Benefit Association of St. Louis, International Foundation
of Employee Benefit Plan Specialists (IFEBPS), and the St. Louis
Chapter of IFEBPS. She's also a Board Member and Treasurer of the
Edwardsville YMCA, an Executive Committee Member of the United Way
of Greater St. Louis Southwest Division and a Panel Co-Chair of an
Allocation's Committee. In addition she is an Executive Board
Member for the Boy Scouts of America Lewis and Clark Council.
